The Role:
As our Part-Time Property Operations Associate, you will cover three essential operational pillars:
Core Cleaner: Ensuring our HMO shared spaces and room turnovers meet luxury, spot-free standards.
Viewing Coordinator: Hosting prospective tenants, conducting thorough checks, and representing our brand voice on-site.
Maintenance Assistant: Carrying out routine property checks, minor fixes, and coordinating maintenance workflows.
